I understand that the sale of illegal items is strictly prohibited

I understand that as a vendor, I will provide my tables, chairs, generators, gas stove/grill, and any items required to support the sales and distribution

I understand that vehicles are NOT allowed on the field (UTA security will strictly enforce this rule. Vendors can park in the parking lot and offload their items. A dolly will be necessary to transport items to the field)

I understand that I am required to comply with all City of Arlington Health Department regulations.

I will provide a fire extinguisher for my cooking/sales area

I will ensure my cooking/sales area is clean and sanitary

I will clean my area after the event, including sweeping and collecting trash (If any vendor(s) leaves their assigned space unclean and not in the manner in which they have received it, there will be additional fees applied)
